COURSE OVERVIEW: Aviation Law provides you the basic legal perspective to understand how the legal system works in relation to aviation activities, to help you recognize and to avoid common aviation pitfalls. This course is also a great tool to guide and provide detail information to aviation Managers, Pilots, Mechanics, Aircraft owners and others involved in aviation by vocation or avocation. The student will be required to show learning through exams and assignments.

This is a course that prepares you to work in the Aviation career field. In this course you will learn about administrative laws like Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR’s), Aircraft Accidents, Aircraft Transactions (buying, selling and leasing etc) Security, and Labor and Employment Law. When finished you will have a grasp of the fundamental concepts of Aviation Law and how it relates to you.
