COURSE OVERVIEW: Welcome to Wills, Trusts, Estates for Paralegals. I am pleased to instruct you in this course. This is an associate’s level course that prepares you to work in the field of paralegal studies. This course will familiarize our students with a practical understanding of the laws of estate planning. Students learn how the federal estate tax system works and what to consider when doing estate planning.
