COURSE OVERVIEW: Welcome to Food Service Management II., a Bachelor Level course. I am pleased to instruct you in this course, which will be a foundational course for the remainder of your studies in the bachelor program.
This is a second-level course that will give additional guidance that will prepare you to work in the Hospitality Field in the areas such as: Food Management, Beverage Management, Culinary Management, Culinary Nutrition Management and other various positions within the Food Service industry. In this second-level course you will learn and review food and food management models, along with an examination of these curriculum models. When finished you will have a grasp of the concepts of Food Service Management.
