ENG 420: Writing and Research


This course aims to develop your critical writing and reading skills in the context of analysis of the interactions between cultures, particularly intersections of language, race, class, gender, and sexuality. In this course you will produce work that matters, especially to you. Gender, race, class, culture, and sexuality are terms that define who we are and how we live, and in choosing to engage the materials of this course, you commit to participate in dialogues about the most pressing matters of your historical and personal moments
