The course is structured to examine ethical issues and challenge students to analyze the issues from the perspectives of different stakeholders. Recently, the global world has seen many landmark cases relating to personal and corporate scandals that lack business ethics. For this reason, it is important for students to recognize and differentiate between personal and organizational ethics.
