EDU 585: Crisis Counseling in Schools

This course serves as a collective resource for schools and communities by providing practical techniques and the best practice strategies to restore safety and security and to maintain continuity and integrity. In times of crisis, schools will need to respond immediately to prevent or reduce the possibility of further accident and tragedies. Planning for school-wide crisis, critical incidents, and crisis response can significantly reduce disruption during times of chaos.

The student will be required to show learning through exams and assignments.
