COURSE OVERVIEW: Welcome to Law and Ethics in Public Administration, a Bachelor Level course in the curriculum for the Degree, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I am pleased to instruct you in this course, which will be a specialty course for the remainder of your studies in the bachelor program.

This is a basic course that prepares you to work in the business/public administrative field. In this course you will study and explore the law and how it applies in public administration along with the ethics necessary to work in this field. This course will ground you in the fundamentals of public administration while embracing its complexity through multiple sets of values that affect administrative management of the American state. This class will explain and analyze Public Administration from the point of view of three well-established perspectives: management, politics, and law.
