This is the Doctoral Project Course in curriculum for the Degree Doctor of Doctor of Nursing Science (DNS). In this course, the doctoral candidate will complete a doctoral level project. The candidate will select a topic related to your degree specialty and present this topic to me for approval. The candidate will then complete a project or dissertation proposal and upon approval move forward to complete the project or dissertation. There are a wide variety of possibilities for you to select. The goal is completion of a presentation that qualifies the candidate to be conferred the degree and verifies the ability to work and practice at the doctoral level. Upon enrollment in the course, you are provided with complete guidelines for proposal development and the project completion. You will also have a final exit exam/interview with me once the project is approved. You are allotted twelve months’ time to complete your project. This time period may be extended with my consent. Upon successful completion of this course, the candidate will be conferred the degree: Doctor of Nursing Science.
