This is an upper level course that prepares you to work in the field of Special Education. In this course you will study various contemporary articles on ADD/ADHD along with the foundations, characteristics, and methods in teaching children with ADD/ADHD. You will study empirically-based methods and strategies to successfully teach students with ADD/ADHD. Practical information on ADD/ADHD across the lifespan, written by leading experts from multiple perspectives will be studied.
