PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Professional experience January 2002-current Breyer State University Professor-ongoing! I teach several courses for the school online. They are offered at several levels and in several areas. These were also created totally by me. The courses include research methods, organizational psychology, a symposium for consultation, a symposium for information systems, principles of management, advanced principles of management, a different organizational psychology course for BS in management, leadership theory, and also teach two certificate programs: one in correctional management and one in organizational psychology. These two certificates actually have three other courses within them, but I still created them.

It should be noted that these courses are more one and one and the numbers of students in each will vary from course to course and from time to time. Courses use a combination of e-mail and tests that were designed or created by me. I also designed the organizational psychology phD program for the school and I am working on other degree programs currently for the school.

January 2002-current Community College of Southern Nev. Las Vegas, NVOnline instructor-ongoing! I currently teach general psychology online. Courses use the WebCT format. Classes were totally created by me.

January 2002-current University of California Extension at Irvine Irvine, CAOnline Faculty-ongoing! I currently teach Organizational Development: An Approach to Team-Building and Overview of Human Resources Functions and Systems. Courses use the Prometheus format. Classes were not created totally by me, but I have had to organize the format.

January 2001-current American Military University Manassas, VAOnline Professor-ongoing! I am currently teaching contemporary sociology, gang theory, classes on the American penal system, corrective strategies, history and systems of psychology, social psychology, organizational psychology and child psychology. Courses use the U-compass format. Classes were created totally by me.

2001-September 2001 Intelligented.com Atlanta, GAOnline instructor-As needed(not currently)! Teach or have taught turn key courses in American history, algebra, practical math, tech classes of several types, sociology, psychology, and health as well as practical writing. Courses are at the high school level. Classes use the e-college format.

January 2001-current California National University North Hills, CAOnline Professor–ongoing! Teach training and development, performance appraisal and reward systems, and also Individual and Group Behavior. The third course is at the master’s level.Courses are asynchronous and use the CNU format. Classes were totally created by me.

January 2001-current Art Institute Online Pittsburgh, PAOnline instructor-ongoing! Teach Intro to psychology, professional development, introduction to sociology and ethics on a rotating as needed basis for school online! . Classes are turn-key, but follow the Unilearn (Embanet) format. Student success chair for summer 2001 second term–comprised of working with instructors and students to reduce student’s dropping as well as working with instructors and students on student course evaluations. Also completed their six- week faculty development course!

October 2000-current Fisher College New Bedford, MAOnline Professor-ongoing! Have taught HRM, principles of management, macroeconomics, microeconomics and also Organizational Behavior for school. The classes were completely designed by myself. The course is offered in Blackboard format.

August 2000-December 2000 (Beginning January 2002 once again!) Quest/Kaplan College Boca Raton, FL Online instructor-Ongoing once again starting in January 2002! Taught an advanced statistics course completely online (Quantitative Methods for management). Conflict Resolution and Team Dynamics starting January 2002 and also Human Resource Management. The stats class was completely designed by myself. The course is offered using the Kaplan format.

July 2000-December 2000 Southern New Hampshire Univ. Manchester, NH Online instructor-as needed! Taught principles of management (a writing intensive course) in Blackboard format. The course was completely designed by myself.

April 2000 – December 2000 Laurel Children’s Center Laurel, MSChildren’s Case Manager. Manage case’s of children to ensure that they are receiving all services.

Paperwork manager. Liaison between agencies that clients might have contact with Some counseling, but mostly legwork on cases.

April 1999-current Canyon College Caldwell, ID Online instructor–ongoing. Teach online classes at several levels (associates, bachelor’s and masters) Classes taught are organizational behavior/psychology, biological psychology, human resource management, and management of information systems as well as a capstone class for the bachelor’s of business programs. One of the founding instructors for the school. Created all class work and tests myself.

December 1998-April 2000 Jones County Youth Court Laurel, MSYouth Court Counselor. Probation officer for more than fifty juveniles. Drug and violence prevention program with schools. Liaison between court, schools, and law enforcement with the court. Judge designee when judge and court administrator are not available.

March 1998 -December 1998 Wal-Mart Laurel, MS /Fremont, MICustomer Service Manager. Supervised all front-end employees and sales between 15 and 20 in number. Register maintenance and customer service. Customer complaints as well as money transfers. Employee of the month August 1998 for Fremont store. Member of safety team for both stores

May 1996-February 1998 Jack-Loek’s Theaters Grand Rapids, MIDirector of amusements and promotions/concession. Supervisor of multiple employees in multiple departments, Maintenance of arcade games, the VR Express, and creative team supervisor, Birthday party coordinator. Before becoming supervisor, trainer of the month in the usher area two times I was voted employee of the month for February 1998.

June 1988-August 1992 Kroger Laurel, MSSupervisor/cashier. Supervising of multiple cashiers and baggers. Basic register maintenance and running, Money deposits, money management, and front-end paperwork. Employee of the month two times

ON-LINE EXPERIENCE

On-line Experience All in all, I have a lot of online experience. I currently teach at several school’s online as noted above. I also finished my MBA and Ph. D. online as well. I have been exposed to several different online methods and consider myself quite flexible as noted by my varied work history and education history as well.
