EDU 960: Organizational Leadership
Course Syllabus Overview
This course will examine the leadership within the circumstance of organizational formation in driving the education organization forward; examines a joint related approach to educational organizational leadership joined with a critical analysis of the social, cognitive, and affective dynamics that highlight that leadership; reviews an interdisciplinary loom that extracts from the work in the areas of administration and psychology; and prepares the student to transaction with harms encountered by leaders and necessary behaviors, attributes, and outcomes required to lead organizations successfully.
