Thank you for your interest in our online Masters of Science in
Case Management. Very few (distance program) opportunities exist
today for case managers to acquire their education through online
courses. Breyer State is proud to offer a new "Innovative"
online distance education degree program leading to the Masters
of Science in Case Management. Our degree program consists of eight
core courses which are listed below:

Total Semester Hours = 50
Upon successful completion of all eight courses you will be conferred
the degree " Masters of Science in Case Management and may
use the initials, "MS" after your name. The MS Degree
prepares you for a successful career in the medical world and provides
advanced preparation for the practice of professional Case Management.
Upon graduation, this program is designed for you to immediately
enter into a case management position. All courses are targeted
and precise, clear and easy to follow, yet challenging and exciting
at the same time. Each course begins with a syllabus from your instructor,
followed by course assignments. You will be given five years to

Eligibility for Certification: Upon completion of the first three
courses in the curriculum, students may apply for Fellowship
in Case Management by the American Academy of Case Management http://www.aihcp.org
without having to test. Our MS Degree Program is fully approved
by the American Academy of Case Management.
Apostille Notarization of Degrees
Graduates, who reside outside of the USA, may require their degrees to have an Apostille Certification. Breyer State University works with an agency in Washington DC that we refer graduates to for application for their Apostille of their degree. View Additional Information
1). There are no residency or travel requirements for this degree
program.
2). Courses may be registered for and paid for, all at once or one
course at a time.
3). You may take more than one course at one time, except for the
Nursing Practicum’s. They must be taken individually in sequence.

5). Tuition does not include the cost of required textbooks.
6). To apply for the MS Degree Program, you must complete an online
enrollment application. This can be done at www.breyerstate.com/apply.htm
7). There is a one-time $50.00 admissions fee. This can be paid
by credit card online at our secure server www.breyerstate.com/pay.htm
We also accept personal checks and money orders payable to Breyer
State University.
8). Prerequisites: an earned Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Community
Health, Public Health, or a related discipline. Candidates for admission
must hold a current registered nurse license.
9). There are no grants or tuition assistant for this program. However,
many employers are paying for or reimbursing tuition for studies
at Breyer State University. Please check with your own employer's
policy on this.
10). Breyer State University will accept transfer credits of completed
courses from other universities.
11). Upon graduation, your diploma and official transcripts will
have a Masters of Science in Case Management as well as your major
area of study printed on the diploma.
12). Transfer credits may apply to your degree requirements. Also,
we offer an innovative program whereby you may apply for life career/work

13). Our diplomas are beautifully done by a professional printer.
They are a light cream color card stock with blue and black foil
ink for lasting quality. The Breyer State University logo is imprinted
and our diplomas carry the gold embossed seal of the university.
They are contained in a beautiful navy blue leather-like diploma
holder with the university logo embossed in gold on the outside
